| Anyone know if there's any club/group for overweight ppl to join where the group comes up with diet plans...activities to motivate and challenge each other to lose weight aaa? hehehe.... |

Hmm...yeah i guess...just dat we wont have professional trainers or get to be on TV but we wont have to take long unpaid leave...and the prize for the one who lost the most %age of weight at the end of the day gets to be 'blanja' mom2 by all the other members....haha...
So how...any idea got o not ahh here in Labuan??? coz going to slimming centres are too costly....take pills...aiyooo...my granma says "u 1 2 go 1st b4 me ahh??"....do it alone...i owez cheat myself loh...any suggestions? kuikuikui.... |

Hi! Im in KK but am coming to Labaun on the weekend. We are running weight loss challenges in KK and will be starting in Labuan very shortly.

I've try out few kind of diet products but it's seem like doesn't work with me.. Sigh!! am also a lazy worm, don't like exercise..  |
