Wierd Relationships

I dated a west malaysian lady who works for an oil and gas company here and is also engaged to a malay guy from KL; She told me she was open minded and single when we first started going out and after 4 weeks now admits she is engaged and wants to be with me but while she is also seeing the other guy.

Is this normal? Any other ladies been in this situation before?
