Coffe is caffine. Now go along and take a good look at both sides of the augument and then make up ypur own mind.
Weight loss is pretty simple physics, unless you have a medical problem. It works quite simpley. Energy in vis a vis energy out. Less in and more out = loss of weight. Keep on eating fried food, high carbohydrate food, refined sugar and all the stuff that fat people gorge themselves on and you will stay fat. Or drink a lot of beer will do the same for you. Eat less, eat low carbohydrate food and no fried food and don't drink beer, switch to whisky and water and you will experience weight loss. Alternatively I can off er you twos free on a "health farm" My kebun, usding a cankol under the sun with just water to drink.
